My Resolution List

In making your own resolution list, you have to be honest to yourself and do it right now. Don't wait for a perfect list, but just write it. You can edit it anytime, right? Maybe for now, you didn't know the exact or strong reason to do that things, but you can add it later.

The next step is you have to commit to do it everyday, and win the obstacle. If you are too much doing a compromise to yourself and easily to lose, you will find it more difficult if you find another obstacle. On the contrary, if you win against one obstacle, you will be able to struggle more.

Then, after winning some obstacles, don't easily to feel accomplished. You have to do it day by day until it become your unconscious habit. Our habits define us.

Here is my personal resolution for this year. I hope it can help you to make one. :)
